At Nutrition 4 Less, I led the charge on operational and revenue growth—building a retail system that scaled profitably across multiple locations.

  • Multi-Location Expansion: Scaled the business from 1 to 4 profitable storefronts within three years, leading initiatives across staffing, site selection, and revenue planning.

  • Margin Optimization: Improved gross margins from 40% to 60% by implementing inventory control systems and vendor strategy.
